Adoption of the Rules and Regulations

During the March 16, 2026 HOA Meeting, the Odeno Assocation Board of Directors finalized a years-long project by voting the adopt the Odeno Association Rules and Regulations. All members are expected to know, understand and follow the Rules and Regulations. In this first edition of the Rules and Regulations, the Board sought to codify many of it's established fees, expectations, and interpretations of the Bylaws as first handled the Developer, Little River Holdings.

To reduce waste and conserve member funds, the Board has chosen to publish the Rules and Regulations here on it's official website, but homeowners can request a physical copy be sent to them by using the Contact Form on the HOA site.

We hope that this document, when read in conjunction with the Odeno Master Deed, Bylaws, and any related Amendments brings a sense of clarity and consistency to our Odeno community. We are always looking for feedback on ways we can make this document even more helpful for our members and fellow neighbors.
