Board Meetings are the designated time for the Board to conduct official business. Typically, meetings start with a brief time for the community to address the Board with comments or concerns regarding the Agenda items or to ask questions directly. After the community comments, the meeting is considered 'closed', and the Board will move through the rest of the agenda without public comment. We ask all neighbors to be respectful of the Board's time to conduct its business.

The 2026 Board Meetings are held at the Fruitport High School Library Media Center - 357 N. Sixth Ave., Fruitport, MI 49415. Meetings begin at 6:30pm and run until the 8:00pm hard end time.
