For requests regarding exterior changes to your home, use the "Submit Online Request" button to be taken to the online submission portal where you can upload a detailed request with images of yoru project for the Board to review.
Exterior Change Request Form
If you are looking to make exterior changes to your lot, please submit an online request detailing the changes. Online submission requires signing into a Google Account. If you do not wish to use a Google Account, you may instead mail the paper request form to the Board.
All other inquiries must use the main contact form on this page.
