The Odeno Association is an elected body that meets bi-monthly to administer, operate, manage, and maintain the Community. Duties of the board include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing the care, upkeep, and maintenance of the General Common Elements,
Developing of an annual budget and collect dues to support the budget,
Reviewing and approving requests that meet the criteria established in the design standards,
Establish and adopt a set of Rules and Regulations,
Ensuring compliance of the Condominium Bylaws and Master Deed.
