Board of Directors

The Odeno Association is an elected body that meets bi-monthly to administer, operate, manage, and maintain the Community. Duties of the board include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing the care, upkeep, and maintenance of the General Common Elements,

• Developing of an annual budget and collect dues to support the budget,

• Reviewing and approving requests that meet the criteria established in the design standards, 

• Establish and adopt a set of Rules and Regulations,

• Ensuring compliance of the Condominium Bylaws and Master Deed.
